Ms. Watson is a Consultant with Taylor Consulting Group focusing on financial analysis, litigation assistance, and business valuation for various privately-help and public companies. Since joining TCG, she has been involved in a wide variety of financial advisory and valuation engagements including valuations of closely-held businesses for estate planning or tax purposes, intangible assets for impairment testing under ASC 350 (previously SFAS 142) and ASC 805, and employee stock option plans (ESOPS).
Prior to joining Taylor Consulting Group, Ms. Watson worked as a financial analyst for the Georgia Department of Revenue in Atlanta, where she assisted in managing and implementing various project budgets.
